Welcome To Flavors And Footprints – Let’s Explore Good Food and New Places! Travel and Food Blog.

On a flight to Cancun!

Welcome to Flavors and Footprints!

We’re so glad you’re here. I’m Reba — a wife, godmother, aunt, and dog mom to two fur babies, Luna and Ryder. I’ve always had a love for travel, food, and finding magic in the everyday, especially when it comes from small businesses and local adventures. Let’s be real, I’m a passenger princess, and my husband does the heavy work of the planning.

Just kidding — we actually do a ton of research before any trip! We dive into social media pages, browse local chamber of commerce sites, read through other travel blogs (like our friends and favorites at PostcardJar.com), and of course, scroll endlessly on Instagram and TikTok for inspiration.

Because Flavors and Footprints isn’t just a travel and food blog — it’s about connecting. With places, with people, and with purpose.

Sometimes, the best discoveries are just around the corner.

I created Flavors and Footprints to share:

  • My love of exploring new places, near and far
  • My obsession with local food finds
  • Stories of small businesses and real people doing amazing things
  • A lifestyle that balances adventure, gratitude, and everyday magic
  • I wanted to create a travel and food blog

Whether I’m recapping a trip to Europe or sharing a quick weekend itinerary with my pups, I want this blog to be your guide to intentional exploration and joyful living.
